Rename libmagic directory/code #62
Description
We no longer use libmagic as of #58. The existing directory/file/function structure referencing libmagic should be renamed to something generic like "file_type". Note that some things need to stay "libmagic" because changing the name might break the Serde serialization format for data we read from git notes.
