Is it possiable to expose madvise() API?

Hello,
Thank you very much for Larray, it has worked perfectly so far. I would like to ask if it would be possible to expose the madvise API to the Java API. For what it looks like this is supported on Linux, and Mac OS. However, from what I can tell Windows may not support this feature:

Anyways, with the exception of Windows, could this call be provided to the Java API.

It looks like madvise is defined in glibc, this task needs writing some C code and rebuilding native libraries. So technically it's possible.
