[Logistics] Taking fluids from a fluid tank while on a full inventory deletes buckets

Expected behavior

Taking fluid from a fluid tank (or fluid storage unit) while your inventory is full should drop the bucket with the fluid that was taken out on the ground, like it does with regular bucket filling.

Observed/Actual behavior

Taking fluid from a fluid tank (or fluid storage unit) while your inventory is full deletes the bucket used aswell as the 1000 mB of fluid that would have been used to fill said bucket.

Steps to reproduce

1. Fill your inventory up completely.
2. Using a stack of 2 or more empty buckets, right click a fluid tank (or fluid storage unit)
3. See how you are left with 1 empty bucket, no bucket drops on the ground and there is exactly 1000 mB of fluid missing from the tank.
