Add support for Pi coding agent

Started using the Pi coding agent and it feels snappy and responsive. Would like to use it in Emacs through agent-shell.

Checklist

• I'm running the latest agent-shell version.
• I'm running the latest agent version (ie. Claude Code, Geminig CLI).
• I'm running the latest agent ACP package (ie. claude-code-acp).

Thanks for filing, but as far as I know Pi coding agent does not support Agent Client Protocol (ACP) badlogic/pi-mono#836 Please correct me if otherwise.

Without ACP support from the client, there isn't much we can do from agent-shell side.
