As a Microsoft MVP, you are entitled to a complimentary NFR copy of LoadMaster VLM-2000 for personal and non-commercial use.

Step 1) Install and license your VLM with your KEMP ID.

Step 2) Complete the form below to receive your complimentary NFR license
•You can download VLM from HERE: http://kemptechnologies.com/latam/server-load-balancing-appliances/virtual-loadbalancer/vlm-download?utm_source=Microsoft-NFR&utm_medium=in-site-link&utm_campaign=NFR

•If you haven’t created one already, you can create your KEMP ID here: http://kemptechnologies.com/latam/kemp-id-registration?utm_source=Microsoft-NFR&utm_medium=in-site-link&utm_campaign=NFR

•You will be automatically issued a 30-day temporary license upon activation

The description sentence doesn't sound right (note that there should not be any markup):

Please remove the space character in d escription.
Instead of creating a new file, you can simply add these changes in the index.html file in the repository root.

@daveRndn sure, see my comment on the changed file (there's a typo in there). Also, instead of creating a new file for this perk, just add the perk to the index.html in the repository root, as described in the readme
