Updated AVS3 to 10 bit and fixed an AVS2 exception.
Before rebuilding it, be sure to overwrite the downloaded ffmpeg with files from "ffmpeg.patch_1e35519fe0b8bbad84641e83d49138152720b544.zip" to enable avs3 video decoding.
To enable AVS3 10bit, change BIT_DEPTH in "\uavs3d\source\decore\com_def.h" to 10. Don't use clang to compile davs2 as it generates invalid instructions.
