Also handle similar cases for the suspend-image SR and crashdump SR. Previously, when these were null, there was an exception on Db.SR.get_record that was being silently dropped by protect_exn. …o a new VM Linux frontends enumerate VIFs in the order they're found in 'xenstore-ls'. The order of 'xenstore-ls' is determined by the order of 'xenstore-write'.
