Improvements:

Improved detection of monitor names.
Improved handling of brightness when adjusting the sliders.
Removed "Updates" section from Windows Store version of the app, so it's less confusing when updates are out of sync.

Fixes:

Fixed broken startup for Windows Store version. (Sorry!)
Fixed monitor names not being detected in Windows Store version.
Fixed "Brightness update rate" setting not being detected properly in the settings UI.
