[Bug] CameraView Shutter stops responding after multiple calls

Description

The Shutter() stops responding after multiple calls. I can reproduce sometimes calling just around 10 times.

I have added a record of the issue and a sample code.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Call multiple times Shutter()
2. MediaCaptured is called until Shutter() stops responding

Expected Behavior

The Shutter does not stop responding after multiple calls.

Actual Behavior

The Shutter stops responding after multiple calls.

Basic Information

• Version with issue: 1.2.0
• Last known good version:
• IDE: VS 2019
• Platform Target Frameworks:
  • iOS: iPhone 11 14.1
  • Android: Samsung Galaxy S8 - Android 9
  • UWP:
• Android Support Library Version:
• Nuget Packages:
• Affected Devices: iPhone 11 (iOS 14.1)

Workaround

Close the Page with the CameraView and open it again.

Did you happen to test it on Android as well by any chance?

Hi @jfversluis, it is more difficult to reproduce on Android, but it happens in the same way, after multiple calls it stops responding. I have uploaded a record testing on Android Emulator, but that happens on Android real devices as well, we have tested on Samsung Galaxy S8 - Android 9.

Just 1 thing, I see you also mention it happens on Android. This fix was just for iOS?

@jfversluis thanks for reviewing the PR, and yes, the fix was just for iOS. For Android I couldn't reproduce while debugging, so now that iOS is fixed I can focus on Android.
