[Bug] [iOS] Page with top toolbar have extraspace when rotate from landscape to portrait and viceversa

Description

In master detail page, if you have toolbar with primary and secondary orders, if rotate (from landscape to portrait OR portrait to landscape) that page then under secondary order toolbar items will exists an extra white space.

It occur on both iPad (physical and emulator). On UWP, works fine, no extra space added.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Master Detail Page
2. Swipe from left to right to open left menu and select Contact
3. In detail page, rotate iPad (physical or emulator)
4. You'll see extra space below secondary order toolbar items

Expected Behavior

Shouldn't add extra space.

Actual Behavior

Extra space is added under secondary toolbar items

What iPad and in what iOS version are you testing on?

I just tested and seems to work fine on iOS 13

Is not ok, you can see extra space, white one in first (from my post) and last screen posted by you. Tested on iOS 13.3, physical and emulator

But what it is then? On UWP is not displayed, it happens only on iOS

When you open for the first time contact details page , can you see the text "Welkom to contacts page" ?
But after rotate the tablet then can you see the text?
This is the problem the content of detail page is displayed first behind of toolbar after you rotate the tablet page is auto resized and text become visible.
if you put margin on top of content page the text is visible when you open contact page for the first time but after rotate and page autoresize then appear an extra space .

Ok I can see the issue where the first time I don't see the Welcome to ContactPage, but after I rotate it seems ok. But I don't understand how to get that white space.

I think the problem whit white/blank space appear when you want that "Welcome to ContactPage"to be visible for the first time.
If you set top margin for the StackLayout you can see that "Welcome to ContactPage" is visible for the first time ( third screen shot) but after rotate the tablet or simulator you will get the white/blank space (fourth screen shot).

To simplify the problem i think we can say that the issue is that "Welcome to ContactPage" is not visibile for the first time
