A11y: FormattedString doesn't work well in Voice Over mode

Description

When in Voice Over mode a formatted string becomes quite useless.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open attached solution
2. Run on iOS or Android in Voice Over mode.

Expected Behavior

Spans are navigatable. Each span with tap gesture is uniquely accessible and tap-able.

Actual Behavior

Voice Over selects whole text. Double tap opens the last tap gesture.
