Added global hotkeys for all cameras. Numeric keys on the numeric key pad must be used, Windows Key + 0 (Home) = Camera 1 Home Windows Key + 1-8 (Memory) = Camera 1, Memory position 1-8 Windows Key + Ctrl + 0 (Home) = Camera 2 Home Windows Key + Ctrl + 1-8 (Memory) = Camera 2, Memory position 1-8 Windows Key + Alt + 0 (Home) = Camera 2 Home Windows Key + Alt + 1-8 (Memory) = Camera 2, Memory position 1-8
