- Move MIN_BLOCK_RISK to sensors side. Allows customizing different block levels for each of the sensors
- Refactor MIN_BLOCK_RISK to MIN_BLOCK_LEVEL
- Remove toggle on off from extension's popup
- Add block level on extension popup
