`app.config.ts` of `wxt-demo` doesn't reload

Describe the bug

Like on wideo, this file isn't enforce to refresh.

I don't know if it's wanted behavior or no.

Reproduction

Let's:

1. Clone this repo
2. Run pnpm dev on packages/wxt-demo
