NTR Helper Usage

For X, Y(1.5), Omega Ruby, Alpha Sapphire(1.4), Sun, Moon(1.2), Ultra Sun, Ultra Moon(1.2):

Usage:

  • Look for your 3DS' IP using FBI/Homebrew/Luma, input your console IP address. Make sure your PC running this tool and your console are in the same network.
  • Install and start NTR-CFW (3.4 or above) before you start the game.
  • Gen7: Stop at title screen or continue screen（BootNTR-Mode3 needs to enable debugger manually). Or at anytime if you have applied the NFC patch.
  • Gen6: Hold the left arrow key of your console while the game is starting, until the screen flashes 3 times. The game will freeze here until you do the next step, don't worry.
  • Hit One Click button, the tool will try to connect the console and help you grab the initial seed and TSV.

Note

  • The initial seed of Gen6 game is generated once you enter the continue screen.
  • If you want to reset the initial seed (Gen 6 only), please keep the connection, press B at continue screen, and go through title screen again. This tool will get the initial seed seamlessly. So NTR Helper won't disconnect the Gen6 games automatically now.
  • You can establish the connection via Connect button, then you can double click one of the labels of TinyMT status textboxes (in TTT or Egg RNG tab) to keep track of them.

ID Bot Usage

  • Enable Input Redirection feature via Rosalina menu. (L+Down+Select => Miscellaneous options... => Start InputRedirecion) You will see the Console's IP upper-right.
  • Open this RNG Tool, click Tool-NTR Helper
  • Put your starting frame and target frame in ID bot box. Put IP in the text box there.
  • If you are going to play the game in Japanese. Check the JPN option to tell ID bot the corresponding keyboard position of Enter on the touch screen.
  • Set proper Bot speed according to your internet condition.
  • If you use Rosalina menu, DO NOT press connect, press A button in the ID bot to check the connection.
  • Use MashA or press A manually to get to the starting screen as following, which will also be the screen when the bot stops.
  • Click Start button to start botting
  • The bot will stop at RIGHT position for your target TID. (In ORAS, the bot stops 1 frame before target as intended)
