Try to fix the coveralls setup in circle ci

  • Set up coveralls orb with circle ci workflow
  • Created a new CircleCI organization
  • Added project to the new organization
  • Added coveralls repo token as project environment variable in CircleCI
  • Above makes coveralls work within the CircleCI workflow
  • Add file exclusion config to pyproject.toml
