This updates the chart to use MariaDB 11.4 instead of MariaDB 10.6.
This enables TLS by default, making it possible to update php-fpm and php-shell images to a recent alpine base image without issues.
MariaDB 10.6 to 11.4 upgrade should be straight forwards in our case:
