Refactor and Redesign Schedule Page Using Shubble ETA Endpoint

Shubble has introduced a new ETA endpoint: https://api-shuttles.rpi.edu/api/etas

Refactor the Schedule page to:

- Connect to the new ETA API
- Match the functionality and behavior of the website’s Schedule page or make a new redesign
- Redesign the UI for improved clarity and usability
