Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run the program
2. Enter a year greater than the current year.
3. Press enter for the month of birth
4. Gives incorrect output due to accepting an incorrect birth year.

Expected behavior
Program should prompt the user that the inputted year is invalid.
