Describe the solution you'd like
Prompt the user for the age at which they would intend to retire after calculating the retirement age, and calculate the changes to retirement benefits

Describe alternatives you've considered
Print the benefits lost for each month retired early, and calculate and print the benefits gained for each month retirement is delayed

Additional context
Versions with and without this feature can be kept as retirement_benefit_calculator and full_retirement_age_calculator respectively
