Add Tests for APIM AI Services in Choreo

Description

We need to add a service test to determine whether existing flows are not affected by new changes introduced to the AI services that are maintained under [1].

Suggested Solution:

• Create a Test Runner component under Choreo
• Invoke the test runner with changes made to [api-chat-agent] or [interceptor-service] [3], through a PR checker

Added tests for APIM AI Deployments:
wso2-enterprise/apim-ai-deployments#184

Key Changes:

• Created a Choreo scheduled task, since the existing Test Runner can only be triggered manually. The scheduled task replicates the Test Runner’s functionality.
• Used the pytest framework for writing and running tests.
• Added test coverage for:
  • API Chat
  • Marketplace Assistant
  • API Design Assistant
  • Spec Populator
• Implemented email reporting using smtplib, with authentication via the app password.
