Multi-SSL Profile Support in Microgateway for Mutual TLS

Problem

Hi Team,

Created this to track the feature to support mutual SSL communication with multiple backend services, each requiring a distinct key pair and trust relationship.
Currently, WSO2 MGW only supports a single SSL profile configured under [httpClients.sslConfig]. This allows only one key-store/trust-store pair, which prevents configuring different key pairs for different backend endpoints when mutual SSL is required.
