Solved, with a muplugin named "hack_url_zip"
The issue was here because when we update from update-core.php we are on the network admin, so it puts itself en maintenance mode, then we try to load wp-load.php to check the licence, but we are under maintenance ! so : Error 503
It worked from the site blog. because only the blog. was under maintenance, not the full network.
