Purge this URL clears everything when processed from the Homepage #103
Description
When click on Purge this URL from the admin bar on the Homepage (no matter whether it's set as static page or "Your latest posts"), it will clean everything from cache. It works well when purged from other pages.

Looks like it happens when done from the Admin Bar only. When tried from Page list ("Clear this cache" option), it worked as expected - http://recordit.co/XZ16eaHqe9
