As a QA eng, I want to be able to run e2e on apache server and with any php version

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Flexibility to run e2e on Apache server and with any PHP version as sometimes problems on Apache do not happen on nginx

Recommend

• Ability to change PHP from config file
• Have a backup site on Apache for e2e where we can run tests by just changing the URL / credentials in the config file

We already have the Apache server setup but with the following problems:
1- Error in debug.log that used to be with php 8.4, but appears there with php 8.3 , 8.2.30 , 8.1.34

Also many other errors are there for helper plugin

Note:

• Related GH for php 8.4 Update Mobile Detect Library for compatibility with PHP 8.4 wp-rocket#7502
• When manually test install , activate and rollback on the server, the error above wasnot there but instead this is there

After changing php on main server to 8.3 latest instead of 8.5.2, tests now fail for different error in debug
