Global Front End options #152

Is your feature request related to a problem?
The Global Options are fine, especially the custom options for customers. Would be great if we have this option also on front end of the user for logged-in users.
Describe the desired solution
Add a new area for settings to add custom items. The result should only run on the front end and only for logged-in users, not public on the front end of the site.
Describe the alternatives that you have considered
Another plugin, maybe.
