Remove redundant utility files from codebase

Deleted several utility files (commands, data, fs, parsers, prompts, wordpress) from the lib/utils directory. These files comprised functions that were either unused, outmoded, or moved to other more suitable locations within the codebase, thereby improving code organization and readability.
