I was able to download the latest from the releases page ( warcraft-rs-0.6.4-x86_64-pc-windows-msvc.zip ). But the error above still occurs so i will keep this open.

Thanks for the report, I will investigate.

I do not have access to a Windows installation, thus will have to use emulation via WINE for these topics.
