no dots on map for mobile connections

Hi!

I've been having an issue where when on an iphone phone that is on a cellular connection the dots do not appear on the map, but when on wifi they do. This issue does not appear to happen on android in any of my testing.

Every other feature works and page loads as normal, and no errors seem to be generated.

Have you any ideas?

Sounds like some kind of timeout due to a slow(ish) connection. Did you manage to fix it?
