Split website from reader

We should separate the website code from the reader.
Maybe isolate the reader in it's own component?

Right now the web app is licensed under AGPLv3. It makes sense to keep the web app AGPLv3, but not the reader component. Something tells me very few people would want to use a component that is GPL/AGPL. What license do you think we should use? I was thinking MIT.

Nice! I've been too busy to work on any comic book reader stuff for a while. I'll have to check this out if I have time later.
