YouTube embeds in Reader comments show "Error 153 — Video player configuration error"

Description

YouTube videos embedded in comments fail to play in the Reader comment detail view. Instead of a playable video, the player area shows an error state reading "Watch video on YouTube" with "Error 153 / Video player configuration error".

Expected: the embedded video plays inline in the comment, the same way it does in Reader post content.

This looks similar to the broken YouTube embeds in Reader post content that were fixed in #24984 — the same error appeared there before that fix landed.

Step-by-step reproduction instructions

1. Open the Reader.
2. Open a post that has a comment containing an embedded YouTube video.
3. Tap the comments button to open the comment detail view.
4. Scroll to the comment with the YouTube embed.
5. Note that the player shows "Error 153 / Video player configuration error" instead of the video.
