Add Detekt - Resolve/Suppress Baseline Warnings

This issue is about resolving and/or suppressing any baseline warnings that will end up existing on this repo after Detekt is added to it (via #2477). It effectively becomes a sub-parent issue for the Resolve/Suppress Baseline Warnings sub-project of the overall parent issue (#2476) and its project.

The Resolve/Suppress Baseline Warnings will resolve/suppress each of the Detekt related warnings that are within Detekt's baseline, one-by-one, per module, and then completely remove the baseline.xml file from this repo.
