Reader: No articles with this tag yet

Repro:

1. Load the reader.
2. Toggle to a view or tag you haven't viewed before.
3. While the app fetches posts, you see a "No articles found with this tag" message.
4. Then the articles load.

It's a little weird, for a view that you know has content (e.g. "Blogs I Follow") to get a notice that no such content exists. Maybe on the first viewing, the message should be "Fetching content" or something more accurate instead, with the "no articles" message reserved for when there are in fact no articles.

It's only a brief flash of an inaccurate message, but it really bugged me. :)

Actually there is two different messages:

• "No articles with this tag yet" when articles haven't been fetched.
• "No articles with this tag" when there is no article (for instance if you enter an invalid tag)

This is clearly too subtle, I can change the first by "Fetching new articles" (when the loading indicator is animated), then "No articles with this tag" if there is a connectivity issue (A toast will be displayed too and I don't want to put error message in here) or a tag with no articles associated.

Also I think we need to replace s/tag/topic/g.

I think I recall (but I'm not certain, and the code will know for sure) that it also appears for "Blogs I Follow," which is neither a tag nor a topic, so that it seemed especially inaccurate. In any case, it seems more user-friendly to provide a positive message ("Fetching articles...") rather than a negative one ("No articles yet...") when there's a possibility that there may be articles. If the fetch fails and there are none, then a switch to the negative message makes sense. Basically, as a user, I don't know what "yet" means. Does it mean that nobody has posted any yet and so I'm out of luck (in which case I may click away to another view before the fetch finishes) or does it mean that the app is fetching and hasn't finished yet?
