Media: Creating a post from media page creates a "ghost" media item and breaks UI

To reproduce:
On the media list, long press to enter selection mode.
Select a single item and tap the post button.
Edit the post and publish.
You're back on the media list, notice that there is an extra copy of the item at the bottom of the list.
Rotate to change orientation. Notice that the thumbnails for both the original and the extra copy are missing, as well as the dimensions.

Reproduced on a tablet running CM 10.2 (Android 4.3, API v18) .

Regardless of publishing, when selecting a media item and creating/editing a new post then discarding said post, it becomes a "localDraft" post with image markup pointing to the media item on the server.

This does not happen when using the phone view/layout.

This was also fixed in 2.6 by not showing any local media in the 'Media library' area of the app.
