Post Editor: Formatting blocks can be applied around images

1. Create a new post
2. Add some text in bold, leave the cursor at the end of the text.
3. Add an image, then save the post as a local draft.
4. Edit the post again, the image will be lost because the bold span wrapped around the entire image.

Hi, I'm new here. I just tried and am unable to reproduce this. Perhaps it's been fixed and should be closed? Thanks!
