Lists aren't formatted in Note comment view

If a comment has a list in it, it won't appear correctly and will just be all clumped together on one line.

Ah, HTML lists. For a second i thought "Lists" meant an android ListView.

Yeah, I had a look and it seems the Html.java doesn't have support for converting html lists. There is a BulletSpan class though so I bet we could at least add support for <ul>
