Include more info about models in the PDB

Would it be possible to implement saving the CC parameters (Radius, Pitch, Interface Angle, Z-Shift, supercoiling etc...) in the REMARK section of the PDB.

This would be super useful if one has to go back and redo/repeat some designs.

That's a great idea, we could include scoring information and version number of CCBuilder too.
