Handle card reader low battery situation

I observed strange behavior regarding the card reader connection.

1. The external card reader battery is too low
2. Trying to connect to the external card reader gets stuck on the "connecting to the reader" screen. No error was shown.
3. Canceling the dialog and trying to connect to TTP hangs on the "preparing to connect" screen as well. No error was shown.
4. turning off the external card reader and then trying TTP again succeeds.

I followed the same steps and was able to reproduce it every time.

I believe this might be related to the issue I reported a while back, it seems it has been fixed by Stripe in March - v2.7.0 of the SDK. Could it be related @AnirudhBhat, wdyt?

Can't believe how easy it was after days of trying to sort it, wouldn't ask my son because of sounding thick, put pen in hole and hey presto, many thanks.
