[Coupons] Products search bar is gone after applying a filter.

Describe the bug
Once a filter (e.g. Simple Products) is applied, the search bar is no longer shown:

On iOS, the search bar is still present.

To Reproduce

1. Enable Coupons Management in Beta features of Settings
2. Open More menu and open Coupons
3. Open a coupon or create one
4. Select Edit Coupon in coupon menu
5. Tap All Products top open products search ~> make sure you see a search bar
6. Select a filter (e.g. Product tpe ~> Simple), and apply ~> Search bar is gone

Expected behavior
IMO, search bar is still useful with applied filter (as done on iOS)
