Improve link to IPP Receipt sent to customer

While I was testing IPP in WC 8.8 beta I noticed the email being sent with a receipt to the customer is not exactly great.

The link looks sketchy. Maybe we could either embed the receipt in the email body or turn it into a clickable text that does not look so big and more friendly.

I checked this briefly, and it looks like no reliable method works on all email clients to put a link into a text. So I'd say we drop this issue as a small impact and high-effort task. @rossanafmenezes wdyt?

Now that you mentioned, I took a look too and it seems most methods would work on the Gmail app but not on others like the Samsung email app for example.

But yeah, even though it bugs me (I would not click on this link until I was 100% sure it was sent by the app), I agree it's too low-impact to spend time on it.
