Tablet/two pane UI considerations

During multi-selection mode in Orders list in tablet's two pane mode, make sure these UI tweaks are also added:

• Hide bottom bar on selection mode. Product does this too. This disallows users to move to a different place when selecting. Moving during selection mode can cause bug on the toolbar being persisted. [Bulk Update Orders] Enable multiple selection in Order List: Part II #13151
