[Wear] Add support for navigating back using swipe gesture

Currently, navigating back from the order details using the swipe gesture navigates the user away from the app completely, we need to add support for the gesture navigation by migrating to the navigation library for WearOS: https://developer.android.com/training/wearables/compose/navigation
