Describe the bug
As part of an effort to improve consistency across the app, we should be using Material Symbols for all icons. The barcode scanner icons are old and inconsistent and need to be updated.

Update also the Tracking Barcode Scanner icon once this PR is merged:
Expected behavior
Update the current barcode icon to use the Material Symbols one on the Orders List, Products List, and Create Order screens.
