nothing happens when loading .264 or .yuv file.

Hi, Wonsang!
Very interesting ideas in the paper "Real-time Detection and Tracking..." and I was happy to find the related code!
It would be great to launch the LiveVideo and see working of the ideas I read from the corresponding paper.
I have built in VS2010 the code and launched the program.
Nevertheless,

1. I converted my file of ".mp4" to ".264" and ".yuv" formats with ffmpeg program, but nothing happens when then I try to load them- the dialog box remains empty.
2. I read the Tutorial- does it mean, if I want to employ the tracking in your algorithm, I must to provide background of the scene in my video?
