Modify headers extracted from WOS

Web of Science is known to change the headers in their .txt exports from time-to-time. If the latest version of the repo does not use the most up-to-date header mappings, these may be modified as follows:

  1. Navigate to bibliotools3/scripts
  2. Open config_headers.py for modification
  3. Add/remove dict entries as necessary, where the key refers to the semantic definition of the header, and the value is the 2 letter code in WOS exports
