Add some justification for why this specific package and versions are important.

We're currently using sox in one of our Kubernetes services. Now we're considering switching the base image from Debian to Wolfi OS for its security features. However, we found that sox package isn't available in Wolfi's package repository, while it's available in Alpine Linux.

The only concern is that the last stable release of sox was more than 10 years ago. However, since it's already packaged in Alpine Linux and Debian, it suggests that the package is still being maintained to some extent. I see some patches in Alpine's APKBUILD. https://git.alpinelinux.org/aports/plain/community/sox/

There's no need to rush this. We have started exploring other options. We could use either the sndfile-convert command provided by the libsndfile package or the ffmpeg command. Both packages are already available in Wolfi OS.
