Adds a new config
mcxw-tz.configfor the NXP MCX W71.The reason why I changed
hal_flash_writeandhal_flash_eraseto manipulate flash manually rather than use the SDK is that the SDK internally calls into code on system ROM that assumes secure mode, so it doesn't work when writing/erasing flash from the non-secure app.
