This pull request introduces a new reusable GitHub Actions workflow for building Wolfboot with STM32Cube SDK support, and updates the main test workflow to leverage this new workflow for STM32Cube-based configurations. The changes streamline CI for STM32Cube targets and improve maintainability by centralizing the build logic.
