Incorrect LED brightness

Setting LED brightness can result in opacity > 1.0 for the LED light element, for instance:

• Brightness of 1 results in opacity level of 1.73
• Brightness of 0.75 results in opacity level of 1.37
• Brightness of 0.5 results in opacity level of 1.01
