I'm not getting the LSP part to work. I have tried the ios-dev-starter-configuration and that fails too with the same reason. What am I missing?

It is not an error, as you can see it’s just an info that the server has started. Xcode-build-server uses stderr to print logs

What could be the reason for the code completion not to work?

Ok I found out what the "issue" is. it takes some time for the code completion to start working after opening the file...
